Refund policy
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
For issues relating to misprinted, damaged, or defective items, or lost packages, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for faster resolution.
To request a return, email hello@theonewith.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the problem (if applicable)
Please do not send items back without prior approval - unauthorised returns may not be accepted. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll provide the correct return address and instructions. We aim to process all requests within 7 business days.
Condition of returned items Unless the item is defective or incorrectly produced, returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. We cannot accept items that have been worn, stained, damaged through misuse, or altered after delivery.
Return shipping costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer Freight-To-Collect (FTC) return services.
Refunds If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method in the original purchase currency. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
