Shipping

We ship internationally via our fulfilment partner, Tapstitch. Please note that some countries and regions have blocked or restricted international shipping, so availability may vary.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. For international orders, we aim for a 10 day shipping time. These are estimates, not guarantees - delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carriers, or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

For issues relating to misprinted, damaged, or defective items, or lost packages, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for faster resolution.

To request a return, email hello@theonewith.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the problem (if applicable)

Please do not send items back without prior approval - unauthorised returns may not be accepted. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll provide the correct return address and instructions. We aim to process all requests within 7 business days.

Condition of returned items

Unless the item is defective or incorrectly produced, returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In their original condition

We cannot accept items that have been worn, stained, damaged through misuse, or altered after delivery.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer Freight-To-Collect (FTC) return services.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method in the original purchase currency. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
